
The cover of this week's Newsweek magazine seemed like a very clever way to have every line scream out at you face. Every line is made up of a new and striking font, to emphasize name-calling Obama, with the exception of the lines in red saying, "THE MAKING OF A/PRESIDENT." The bottom line is actually a hardly visible one saying "Who actually isn't any of these things" in a red 12 point font. It's quick to grab anyone's with another white on black eye grabbing pop. I really liked it, not for political reasons, as much as the fact that the most important part of the cover was completely made up of a typographic solution. They abandoned their usual background image.
