For most of my life, typography was only Times New Roman, size 12, double spaced. Type was not important in conveying my message. Teachers restricted my view on typography for the first 18 years of my life. Now that i'm older and wiser, I learned that type can be just as important or more important than the content. I love seeing type as the main character in an image, not just the supporting actor.
It astounds me when I can still read something that appears to be illegible. Its like my brain fills all the empty spaces.
Now try imagining the all the type in these images in Times New Roman. Yeah... I can't either.
