Strictly Paper is an awesome blog that has a ton of different applications of paper; it starts from from humble origami pieces to an elaborate diorama. Some of the artists feature very cool 3D typography out of paper as well. They achieved a lot of dimension with flat sheets of paper. Some of them even go as far as making paper animated shorts.
